I started this one as a graphic designer with my friend Kelly Rae Hemenway, but the opportunity came up to fill a niche ‘art director’ roll as the point person for the myriad CNC projects. The featured set pieces were the responsibility of their respective designers and art directors, but due to the sheer number of components and the time crunch, I got to run files around and check in with vendors and craftspeople. It was awesome. A huge thank you to Beth Mickle, Alan Hook, Dave Scott, Chris Snyder, and all of the art directors for allowing me to step out of my comfort zone and try on a new hat.
